The apartment was double booked
We arrived at the 7/11 where we were supposed to pick up the keys, but we never got the code from the host as it said we would in the arrival instructions. After some time we finally got in contact with the host and was told that someone else was already staying at the place we had booked. They had another place we could stay at, which was also a rental property, but it was further away from the location we wanted to stay at, had one less bed so one of us had to sleep on the couch, and was not very clean.We were in Oslo for only one night, so we lost a few hours of our trip due to this incident. We were promised a refund of 10% for the inconvenience, but I have not received any refund and I can’t get in contact with the host. Over all a very disappointing experience.
