「I stayed at Dosso Dossi for 3 nights, during that time they had some technical failure resulting in super hot rooms, I asked the staff upon which I rec’d a rude response in terms of they are unable to move me and insisted to open window. This is one of the worst experiences since it was not helpful and everytime I walked into room, it was like a burning room I am walking into. I even used Spa services and 2 washrooms didnt have any water.
I was very disappointed with my overall stay here.」

「Good value for money. Checked in 2am. Staff was helpful and polite. Despite time was offered Turkish coffee at check in. Room was basic but clean. Bed comfortable. Only downside experienced was the noise from other rooms as well as street noise. But since I sleep like the dead, it did not bother me too much. Recommend Viyana Suit Otel.」

「This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.”
It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. I’m now stuck in a long, frustrating process trying to get my money back through legal and bank channels.
Please don’t...

「I have a package that will arrive after I check out. I told this hotel to keep it for me, three days later I can come back and get it. They refused, and asked me to book one room for it. Then I told them to send the package to another place when they received. I don't know whether they send or not, but I never received it. And they even didn't keep the tracking number, which is so unprofessional for such big brand hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.」
