「The cottage itself is lovely, and has a lot of potential. It’s a large cottage which accomodates 5. 「The rooms are fine and clean and the hotel is well placed in the centre of the town. The main problems are there is no member of staff on site at the hotel and they don't answer a phone when you call reception. Plus parking is very difficult. You have to sign in on a computer, which works fine but then as soon as you have a question, there is nobody to help - you have to work it out yourself - for instance where is the wifi code - it's nowhere to be found i the room, so you have to go back down...
