Ready enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable room. Good choice for breakfast. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Didn't eat in the bistro restaurant but did enjoy food from the bar menu. We added the Indulgence package to our booking and would really recommend this, well worth the cost.

Fantastically located with amazing views! The room was really clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. To top it off, they offered a really good breakfast spread with plenty of fresh food. Highly recommend staying here!

Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Didnt try the restaurant in the evening however the Sunday roast/carvery is very good. Hotel could do with a little updating to bring it into the 2020s But the facilities are clean and adequate

Based ourselves here for two parts of the South West Coast Path walk. Ideal location. Great views, comfortable room and very friendly and welcoming staff. Bistro bar has superb views and ideal to watch the sunset.

Fantastic location & great views of Chesil! Good local transport. The breakfast buffet was lovely & well maintained. The room as clean & the bed was comfortable. I only interacted with two staff members. Both were OK but didn't smile, which seems odd in customer service roles. The hotel could be amazing but really needs a refurb. The room I stayed in smelt of damp / mould, which I could still smell on my clothes I had worn in the room. No plug sockets near the bed, which was unusual for the a hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. Was warmly welcomed to the hotel. Breakfast was served hot with a wide choice for all. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was clean, bathrooms were checked regularly. Only comments on the whole are as othered could do with an update in terms of decor. It is rather tired. Bedding and towels could also do with updating. It was sufficient for what we needed. Which was a bed for the night and breakfast. I would recommend staying. The views were also phenomenal!
