“My wife and I had a great stay. The room was very clean. The tv was very easy to use and had great choices. Very close to the beach with everything you need. When we got to the place the lock was easy to open they had extra ice in the freezer, sunscreen in the restroom and everything you need for the beach. We had one question about a light switch and was called in minutes to make sure everything was great. Thank you for everything. We will be back. 5 stars. ”

“This property is a simple two room studio. Queen size bed which we found very comfortable. The A/C is a wall unit and was a bit lacking but there is a box fan in the room and that made a huge difference. It is situated between what appeared to be two permanent residence. Not a problem at all, just would be nice to have known that. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Steps from SKOB and all the village things. Maybe .20 of a mile from the beach which was nice and quiet.……

“Very nice and clean! Looks exactly like the pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting Sarasota! My favorite was the Nespresso expresso maker. And I loved the idea of having a washer and dryer in the unit… we didn’t have to take home dirty clothes. There were also beach chairs, and an umbrella to use at the beaches. Other amenities included a steamer, iron, coffee maker, and everything you needed for your use. Lovely place to stay!”

“We were only there 2 days visiting a relative- the room was so inviting and adorable, and so clean ! Perfect for what we needed. Close to beach ! We loved the immaculate Pool- we swam daily! will most likely return when we visit again!”

“Very nice and safe neighborhood. The room is extremely clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Only thing that I found as an issue and that may be just my issue is sugar was provided for coffee, but some of us cannot use sugar because we have diabetic issues and we need Stevia or a similar product. So after making the coffee, I realized my husband could drink it, but I could not because I didn’t have a sweetner I could use. Sugar is not an option for me. Other than this,……

“The unit was exactly as depicted in photos & very clean. Being directly on the beach is priceless & stress free with a beautiful view! It was very nice to have hand soap, several detergent pods, a couple of trial size sunscreens, dish soap, 2 travel deodorants, etc. The only negatives I have would be that the mattress was not very comfortable & the bed pillows were extremely uncomfortable. An extra blanket for the bed would be a nice addition in case you get chilly at night. Lastly, under the……
