The other folks staying were also a part of the experience that made it great. We got to chat with other travelers in a relaxed environment. 「Very big house that accommodated a lot of people without feeling like we were on top of each other. We couldn’t get the TVs to work, which was a minor inconvenience. But other than that, it’s a great place to stay. 」

The huge sofa worked well for our kids, one spread out on the bed and one preferred to use the end recliner. Also the complimentary shower toiletries were appreciated!」

「You have the pond and house to yourself, hidden away from the road; it's great escape from everything. Bring a telescope or binoculars, it gets legitimately dark and the stars are wonderful.」

「We had an amazing stay! The home is a little older and the upstairs stairs are definitely steep, but beyond that it was perfection. The giant sunroom and deck overlooking the lake were absolutely incredible—we spent so much time there soaking up the views. Having access to the Akwa Marina club was such a fun bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was an easy walk downtown to enjoy the arcade, bars, restaurants, and more.
