Appartement confortable. Vue sur mer.Par grand vent, les volets sont très bruyants. Cela est très perturbant la nuit. Il est difficile de passer une bonne nuit dans ces conditions.Le présence d'un garage est un plus car le parking est payant dans le quartier.
