Really amazing property with plenty of room and parking. Had everything on site for big or multi families. Also located in a very very beautiful neighborhood on the cape. 10/10. I would highly recommend staying again!

This was a very nice property. It was a great and spacious layout to accommodate our 20 guests. We really enjoyed the area and our time there. We did have a few challenges with door handles and thermostats but the host was very responsive in getting them resolved.

Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful weather and the house was ideal for our needs. Never thought we could find a single house on the Cape that could handle 21 people.

Wonderful family compound

The home was wonderful with 4 separate sleeping wings including private gathering spaces and 11 bedrooms. This meant that everyone had alone time as well as the ability to gather in the central areas and the gorgeous backyard for lots of family time. It was exactly what we wanted!

Wry nice property. We could not open the door to the dryer in the master suite. I did message the host but host did not respond. There was another washer and dryer in the basement

Big Family? This place is for you!

This was the perfect property for our family vacation with 22 people! It was an enough space for everyone. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was nicely laid out and has two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and two areas for trash barrels. The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights of the property. Lots of pool toys loungers eating space - inside and out, and even a fire pit. Edward was very helpful and answered any question we had throughout the week. We’re hoping to stay here again with all the room and amenities. It was also close to some nice beaches and shops.

Osterville 2024

Lovely spacious property. A wing for each of our extended families. Lovely pool and yard. Pool was not heated at first. Electronics needed attention. Plenty of pool toys and yard games. We got locked out of a wing and it took some time to figure out how to let us back in. I would highly recommend this property for a large group.
