Die FeWo war für uns super. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist richtig super. Alles was man benötigte ist in der Nähe. Es war einfach super und sehr gut beschrieben.

1a Ferienwohnung
Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Fewo. 2 Balkone sind optimal, um auch am Abend noch die letzten Sonnenstrahlen einzufangen. Die Lage ist ganz toll, die Ausstattung auch für Menschen mit Behinderung sehr gut geeignet. Ich kann Sie nur empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und auch wirklich schön. Es hat alles gut funktioniert und ist ohne Einschränkungen empfehlenswert. Hervorzuheben ist der Strandkorb, der gerade bei vollen Zeiten einen schönen Strandplatz sichert.

Tolle Fewo !
Was soll man sagen, wir kamen direkt vom Bornholmurlaub und nahmen sogleich Kontakt mit der sehr netten Verwalterin Frau Brandenburg auf. So war es möglich, daß wir zeitnah die Fewo beziehen konnten. Beim Eintreten fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Alles da, was man braucht um einen gemütlichen Urlaub zu verbringen. Tolle hochwertige Einrichtung😊 Besonders beeindruckend der Blick zur Ostsee vom großem Balkon!
Absolut Weiterempfehlung. Auch der Kontackt mit Frau Wagner im Vorfeld empfanden wir als sehr angenehm.
Wir kommen sicher wieder😁 😎

Moderne Wohnung in toller Lage
Ich verbrachte, gemeinsam mit meinem Mann, im Mai 10 wunderschöne Tage in Baabe. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hell und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Ausstattung ist topp! Zwei große Fernseher, einer mit Internetzugang stehen zur Verfügung. Eine kleine Anregung für die nächsten Gäste wäre eine Mikrowelle, sie würde die Küchenausstattung noch abrunden. Toll sind auch die zwei großen Balkone, die zu jeder Tageszeit den idealen Platz bereithalten. Die Fahrt mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt in die Wohnung war sehr praktisch. Das Auto hat auf dem Innenhof einen guten Stellplatz. Ein Fitnessraum und ein schöner Saunabereich stehen auch zur Verfügung. Die Kosmetikerin im Haus ist sehr nett und ich war mit meiner Anwendung sehr zufrieden. Den zur Wohnung gehörenden Strandkorb haben wir sehr genossen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl) sind Mo.-So. in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
In Baabe wohnt man sehr zentral und ruhig. Durch die tollen Strandpromenaden ist man schnell in Sellin und Göhren! Ich bin morgens häufig gejoggt und habe die Strecke mit Meerblick geliebt.
Mit dem E-Bike kann man sehr entspannt die Umgebung erkunden. Der Fahrradladen ist unten im Haus und bietet in der Vorsaison Sonderpreise für die Mieter der Wohnung an.
Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen!

Perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, nicht zu nah am Kurpark um Abends die Kinder nicht ins Bett zu bekommen, aber mit einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man schon am breiten Sandstrand. Der dazugehörige Strandkorb macht den Strandaufenthalt noch angenehmer. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön geschnitten mit 2 getrennten Schlafbereichen und bietet alles, was man braucht um auch mal einen regnerischen Tag angenehm zu machen. Die beiden Balkone sind einfach traumhaft! Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verlebt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Eine super moderne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer. Perfekt.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist exzellent, da die Wege zum Strand sehr kurz bzw. die Fußgängerpassage direkt vor der Tür ist. Dennoch ist die Wohnung innen sehr ruhig.
Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind von sehr guter Qualität. Der Komfort durch ein super Bad und einem Fahrstuhl direkt zur Wohnung ist beeindruckend. Auch der Parkplatz für das Auto im Innenhof könnte kaum besser sein.
Der Service bzw. der Kontakt mit Frau Wagner verlief perfekt, sofort wurde sich um diverse Anliegen gekümmert.
Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort durch einen Dienstleister klappte, man hätte sich jedoch in dem Punkt auch eine kurze Einweisung zum Objekt gewünscht, z.B. wo der Müll hinkommt usw. Das ist aber der einzige minimale Kritikpunkt von einem wunderbaren Urlaub am Meer.
