Verbesserungswürdig

Der erste Eindruck war gut, bis wir uns das Geschirr angesehen haben, die ersten beiden Teller und Tassen hat der Vorgänger nicht abgewaschen, sowie sämtliche Trinkgläser, deren Flecke nicht vom vorhandenen Geschirrspüler herrühren. Nach der ersten Nacht waren Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und viel zu dünn. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig und auf der Terrasse sitzt man mit den zwei anderen Parteien fast zusammen. Die Möblierung ist in die Jahre gekommen und etwas lieblos. Auf der Terrasse gibt es die billigsten Stühle die man kaufen kann. Die Lage im Ort ist allerdings sehr gut.

Die Wohnung war sauber und für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung. Uns hat es sehr verwundert, dass es heutzutage noch Wohnungen ohne WLAN gibt... Das nächste Mal wurden wir genauer die Objektbeschreibung beachten.

Fewo mit Charme der 90er Jahre.

Man könnte einige Mängel abstellen. Im Schlafzimmer an der Decke einige Spinnweben. Küchzeile teilweise vom Vormieter noch sehr fettig- Dunstabzugshaube, Herdplatte und Spüle. Die Ferienwohnung erstrahlt im Charme der 90er Jahre. Die Wohnung soll Besenrein übergeben werden, es fehlt aber der Besen sowie ein Handfeger und das Fegeblech. Auch ein Spülmittel und Abtrocknetücher wären als Ausstattung nicht schlecht.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen in der kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung. Es ist dort relativ ruhig. Etwas mehr Geschirr und Bestecke hätte ich gerne gehabt. Jedoch untern Strich waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen

Wir wurden sehr nett bei der Anmeldung empfangen und haben uns sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es ist eine kleine Zweizimmerwohnung mit extra Bad und kleiner Küchenzeile. Ist nett eingerichtet und passt alles, Terrasse mit Tisch usw. alles da. Gerne wieder

Unser Darserlebnis

schöne, gut ausgestattete FW. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen . Kann man weiter empfehlen! Mit dem Fahrrad gibt es viel zu entdecken (auch ohne E- Antrieb locker möglich) Schwierig wird es nur, wenn man in Prerow abends essen gehen will ohne dass man schon eine halbe Woche vorher bestellt hat!

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Die FeWo lag sehr ruhig. Zentrum und Strand sind entspannt zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Erreichbarkeit der Verwaltung ist sehr gut. In der Vorsaison ist die Ostsee immer eine Empfehlung.

Schön für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, man ist schnell am Meer, und der Edeka liegt dorthin auf dem Weg. Auch schön ist die Terrasse. Leider waren bei uns keine Seife oder Spülhandtücher vorhanden, wahrscheinlich ist das aber coronabedingt gerade nicht möglich.
