Kleine gemütliche Wohnung unterm Dach in absolut ruhiger Gegend. Nichts für große oder körperlich eingeschränkte Personen (sehr steile Treppe, überall Dachschrägen und niedrige Decken/Türrahmen).

Schöne Wohnung, Küche gut ausgestattet. Wohnung jedoch nur geeignet für Menschen, die kleiner als 165cm sind. Sehr kleines Waschbecken, Zähneputzen schwierig. Schlafkammer auch von kleinen Personen nur in geduckter Haltung zu begehen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, den ich moit meiner Enkeltochter genossen habe.

Das Objekt ist schön und unsere Wohnung war klein aber fein. Auch wenn das Sofa nicht so sauber war und der Lichtschalter zum Schlafzimmer sich nicht mit uns anfreunden wollte.

Schnuckelige Dachgeschosswohnung aber nichts für große Menschen.

Der Eingang in die Wohnung ist in der ersten Etage. Dort befindet sich ein kleiner Flur. Von dort geht man eine schmale, relativ steile Streppe weiter nach oben und befindet sich in der Wohnung, die direkt unter dem Dach liegt. Man sollte nicht ganz viel größer als 1,80 groß sein. Auch in der Dusche muss man ggf. leicht in die Knie gehen. Die Wohnung ist jedoch gemütlich und nett eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, von der Kaffeemaschine über einen Wasserkocher, einen Föhn bis zum Staubsauger ist alles vorhanden. Einige Fenster haben Fliegengitter-auch sehr praktisch. :-)

ausgebautes Dachgeschoss -Zugang nicht ungefährlich

Die Wohnung ist von der Ausstattung in Ordnung, aber leider ist die Treppe unters Dach extrem Stei mit sehr kleinen Stufen. Die Stufen sind mit einem Metalltrittschutz versehen, der extrem glatt ist. Ich bin die Treppe runtergefallen, meine Frau fast. Zum Glück nichts Schlimmes passiert. Daher mein Tipp: lassen Sie die Schuhe an und gehen die Treppe ab Schühgröße 40 rückwärts runter. Dann passiert Ihnen / Euch wahrscheinlich nicht dasselbe was mir passiert ist.

Wir haben gerade 13 Tage in dieser sehr schnuggeligen Mansardenwohnung verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an super wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Self-catering Urlaub benötigt, allerdings kein Backofen oder Waschmaschine, aber das sind beides keine Essentials. Vorsicht ist bei dem sehr steilen Treppenaufgang geboten und zu groß sollte man bei der geringen Deckenhöhe auch nicht sein. Die Wohnung liegt auch sehr zentral.

Klein aber fein

Klein meint in diesem Kontext "flach". Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit geringer Deckenhöhe (und naturgemäß vielen Schrägen), sodass ich Leuten über 1,85 m Körpergröße empfehlen würde, eine andere Wohnung zu wählen, da man ansonsten gezwungen ist, sich weitestgehend gebückt zu bewegen. Im Übrigen kann ich die Wohnung sowie den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wenn man Dachgeschosswohnungen mit Schräge mag, gefällt es einem gut in der Wohnung. Der einzige Haken: Ab 1.80 m wird es mit dem Duschen etwas umständlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung Freunden empfehlen. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage zum Ortskern und Strand ist gut.

Diese Ferienwohnung war für zwei Leute perfekt. Natürlich ist die ein bisschen eng, weil sie im obersten Geschoss befindet ist, aber trotzdem war sie sehr gemütlich. Das einziges Ding war dass die Dusche noch Probleme mit Warmwasser hat (wie anderen gesagt haben): es fluktuiert regelmäßig zwischen zu heiß und eiskalt, also nicht so bequem. Sonst war alles super.

Alles soweit OK nette kleine Unterkunft

Kleine nettes Dachapartment bitte Dusche nachbessern auch nach dem austausch der Amatur ist die Kalt und Warmwasser regelung der Dusche nicht deutlich besser geworden und der Duschkopf könnte dan auch mal ausgetauscht werden. Würde die Unterkunft aber jeder Zeit ieder nehmen.

Wir hatten das Glück wegen einer Stornierung kurzfristig die Ferienwohnung 3 zu bekommen. Der Kontakt zum Verwaltungsbüro war sowohl vorab per Mail als auch vor Ort unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein, aber originell unter dem Spitzdach. Wirklich schnuckelig! Zu groß sollte man nicht sein; gerade unter der Dusche könnte es sonst eng werden. Für uns hat es gut gepasst und wir kommen gern wieder!
