Perfect location in a magical city!

Extremely comfortable accommodations. Nicely laid out, beautiful rooftop terraces. Comfy beds. Andrea was available for questions, could not have asked for a better experience! Perfect location to explore all that Ostuni has to offer

Anniversary trip

Wonderful place… clean …nice amenities. It was hard to find the location. Our GOS did. Or like the address the host gave us. But… once we found the apartment we had a wonderful time ❤️ very accomodating and the beds were comfortable ! Would stay there again if we go through Italy

Emplacement idéal et appartement fonctionnel avec une très belle terrasse

Les photos sont conformes à l’appartementDeux chambres bien distinctes et deux petites salles d’eauUne terrasse équipée encore plus agréable que les photos le laissaient penser.Quelques odeurs de canalisation ponctuelles à l’étage.Andrea a été réactive et aidante.L’appartement est dans une ruelle typique au calme. On a pu garer notre voiture gratuitement dans le quartier.À 3 m’ à pied du centre historique.

Ottima esperienza

tutto è andato perfettamente: la comunicazione, il soggiorno, il check in e il check out. Casa moderna, ottimamente posizionata, con 2 bagni e aria condizionata in ogni ambiente. Molto gentile anche il proprietario, disponibile a darci molti consigli sulle attrazioni locali.

Casetta molto graziosa, situata in un' ottima posizione, centrale ma tranquilla. Ho gradito la presenza di due condizionatori. Il proprietario, Andrea, è stato gentile e disponibile. Noi ci rirorneremmo volentieri!

molto carina e accogliente

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana dal 10 settembre al 17 settembre, ospitati dal Sig. Andrea, che si è dimostrato da subito molto gentile e ospitale. La casa è realmente quella che si vede in foto, molto carina, molto ben rifinita e ben accessoriata, praticamente in centro ma nonostante questo veramente silenziosa, anche per il parcheggio non abbiamo trovato problemi, pur essendo in pieno centro. Il resto lo ha fatto questa magnifica terra, e Ostuni, bellissima, che non ti stanchi mai di girarla fra vicoli e piazzette. Consiglio questo appartamento, sicuramente non vi pentirete di passarci una vacanza. Fabio T.

appartamento bello e funzionale ben attrezzato e situato in posizione strategica

siamo una famiglia di 3 adulti e 2 bambini di 5 anni. Abbiamo alloggiato dal 6 al 20 Agosto 2016. Appartamento molto bello, pulito, ben rifinito, attrezzato (lavatrice, aria condizionata, frigo grande, cucina attrezzata di stoviglie e posate) spazioso, si sviluppa su due piani con terrazza. Si tratta di un appartamento dell'ottocento ristrutturato mantenendo le carratteristiche peculiari delle case di Ostuni. Non è dotato di parcheggio, ma nella via adiacente o a 2 minuti a piedi, c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare. Ho soggiornato nel periodo "peggiore" dal punto di vista turistico e non ho avuto problemi a parcheggiare auto. La posizione è ideale perchè si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Posizione strategica per uscire ed entrare dal paese, soprattutto nel periodo centrale di Agosto, quando Ostuni si riempie di turisti nelle ore serali. Per coloro che amano anche visitare, consiglio Cisternino e Ceglie a pochi km da Ostuni. Il proprietario Andrea, è una persona accogliente, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ho passato una vacanza straordinaria. Andrea Sala

Abbiamo soggiornato qui dal 27 agosto al 9 settembre 2016, 2 adulti e 1 bambino. L'appartamento è bellissimo (come lo vedete nelle foto) e molto curato, pulito, comodo, ce ne siamo innamorati a prima vista. Vicinissimo al centro (5 min a piedi) e allo stesso tempo fuori dalla confusione. Fruttivendolo e alimentari a 3 min a piedi. Posizione strategica x raggiungere le più belle località della zona in breve tempo in macchina e per godersi la sera, senza usare la macchina, una passeggiata tra i vicoli e i locali dell'incantevole città bianca. Il proprietario ci ha gentilmente consigliato spiagge e località da visitare. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment is located near the center of Ostuni, in a quiet - typical for Ostuni - alley, restaurants, attractions and shops are within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully furnished, the roof terrace invites to linger and watch the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked very often and nothing was missing. The owner is friendly and very helpful. He was always available for questions, tips and suggestions! The price-performance ratio of this apartment is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone, anytime! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich nahe dem Zentrum von Ostuni in einer ruhigen - für Ostuni typischen - Seitengasse. Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten & Läden können bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Dachterasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben oft gekocht und es fehlte dazu an nichts. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Er stand jederzeit für Fragen, Tipps und Anregungen zur Verfügung! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dieser Unterkunft ist hervorragend und ich würde sie jedem jederzeit weiter empfehlen! maison à recommander, idéalement située, dans la vielle ville. bon confort avec terrasse et climatisation, voisinage plus que sympathique. maison typique du sud de l'Italie très bien rénovée. bien équipée. Entspannt erholen in einer herrlichen Altstadt

Wir haben in der wunderbaren Altstadt von Ostuni einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub mit Besichtigungen, Badezeiten an einem der vielen Strände, Ruhephasen im Haus und herrlichen Abenden auf den Plätzen der Stadt verbracht. Ein guter Ort für die Erholung. Das Haus entspricht der Darstellung in der Ausschreibung, der Vermieter ist freundlich, entgegenkommend und sehr korrekt. Die Begegnungen mit ihm wären hilfreich und angenehm. Die Nachbarschaft des Hauses hat uns gut gefallen. Mit Hilfe der Klimaanlage haben wir auch Höchsttemperaturen von 37 Grad bei der Mittagsruhe gut überstanden. Die Dachterrasse lädt in der prallen Sonne und beim Lärm er Klimaanlage des Nachbarhauses allerdings nicht zum Verweilen ein. wir haben das aber auch nicht vermißt, da der kleine Straßenbalkon ein guter Ersatz war. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr knapp bemessen, reichte für uns aber aus und brachte uns dazu, nicht zuviel ins Kochen zu investieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn der Weg noch einmal nach Süditalien führt und danken für die Gastfreundschaft und einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Top Ostuni

Che dire, tutto stupendo... Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in questo posto stupendo e tipo di Ostuni... La casa è bellissima, pulitissima con tutti i confort, salone caratterizzato dei colori caldissimi, due bagni, alla camera da letto che é un vero nido d'amore... L'ambiente e curato in tutti i dettagli ed offre una terrazza che permette di rilassarsi in intimità... Il proprietario Andrea ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua, disponibile a tutte le ore... l'appartamento è situato a cinque minuti dal centro di Ostuni dove si puo trovare di tutto... Come posso ritornerò sicuramente o lo suggerito a conoscenti ..

Perfetta

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa graziosa casa nella settimana centrale del mese di agosto. All'arrivo il proprietario si è subito dimostrato simpatico e disponibile dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie. La casa è risultata molto accogliente, ben strutturata su 2 piani e con un comodo terrazzo. Oltre alla pulizia e agli spazi che offre, ciò che la rende perfetta è la posizione in cui è situata. Si trova infatti in una zona perfetta distante pochi minuti a piedi dal meraviglioso centro storico di Ostuni, ma che allo stesso tempo permette con comodità di parcheggiare e spostarsi in auto raggiungendo in pochi minuti le splendide spiagge del litorale. Sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta in caso di ritorno.

appartamento delizioso comodo e ottima posizione

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in una graziosa casetta dell'ottocento in pietra finemente ristrutturata, confortevole, accogliente, molto pulita e curata nei minimi particolari. Siamo stati accolti da Andrea un ragazzo molto disponibile e un ottimo padrone di casa. Eravamo a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico per cui uscivamo sempre a piedi per raggiungere ristoranti pizzerie e locali di ogni genere dove si mangia benissimo. Inoltre, eravamo a pochi chilometri sia dalle spiagge più belle della costa che da tanti piccoli paesini caratteristici belli da visitare. La vacanza è stata bellissima peccato che è durata poco ma l'anno prossimo torniamo sicuramente.

petite maison typique proche du centre ville d Ostuni - superbement rénovée - tout y est et tout est à sa place mais salles de bain un peu étroites.. Accueil chaleureux - Propriétaire disponible. Bien placée pour visiter les plus beaux sites des Pouilles.
