A comfortable studio apartment perfect for two people, located in the heart of Ostuni, on a picturesque little street in the historic centre (ZTL). Perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of the White City, the apartment is strategically located just 150 metres from the Cathedral, allowing you to easily explore all the main points of interest on foot.<br><br><br><br>The 26-square-meter studio apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a historic building (please note there are four steps at the entrance) and features a private entrance from the street. <br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br>- Small kitchenette equipped with two electric hotplates, kitchen utensils, a mini-fridge, and a moka pot<br><br>- Living area with a dining table and a small closet<br><br>- Sleeping area with a double bed<br><br>- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall<br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: coffee table and 2 chairs in the entryway, split A/C (heating and cooling), Norwegian electric heater, fan, mosquito screens, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.<br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: <br><br>- WIFI 150 GIGA/MONTH (non-rechargeable)<br><br>- NO TV<br><br>- PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and cannot be reached by car. You must arrive via a paid “ape calessino” (operational only until 8:00 PM) or on foot.<br><br>- Please note there is an internal staircase leading to the loft, where there is an armchair.<br><br>- PLEASE NOTE: To easily find the accommodation, please enter the following coordinates: 40°44'04.4N 17°34'47.5E.<br><br><br><br>Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy. <br><br>You can find all the information on the official AlloggiatiWeb website:<br><br><br><br>Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br><br>Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.<br><br>Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.<br><br>Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.<br><br><br><br>Keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at our office located at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.<br><br><br><br>After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:<br><br>- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00; <br><br>- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00; <br><br>- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.<br><br><br><br>The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.<br
