Property was very clean and well equipped. The photos are accurate. The large pool is quite private and suitable for doing lengths. The loungers were in good condition and equipped with comfortable cushions. The kitchen had most of what you would need but no microwave. The villa is set on a large plot of land adjacent but separate from another villa owned by the same owner. The rear faces an olive grove. Communication with the owner was very easy and he replied promptly to any questions. The last part (200m) of the road to the villa was quite rough - especially after the heavy rain we had, but it was fine for our ordinary rental car. We found it easy to get to the grocery store outside Ostuni. It was only a short drive away. The coastal park near Torre Guaceto has a very nice sandy beach. I would recommend this property for a couple or a small group.

Es waren sehr schöne 3 Wochen Aufenthalt. Bei Ankunft fehlten Staubsauger und Toaster, die am anstandslos von unserem Vermieter Steffen am Folgetag gebracht wurden. Steffen, ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter, hat alles im Griff bzw. seine Leute, ob es Pool, im Haus etc. es wird alles gepflegt und ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Gerne wieder.

Frühling in Ostuni

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen, entspannten Aufenthalt in Steffen‘s Haus. Alles war perfekt, die Kommunikation, die Informationen, und die Ausstattung des Haues. Das Schwimmbad mit dem geschmackvollen, gepflegten Aussenbereich und der Lage in grüner Umgebung war so einladend dass wir trotz manchmal etwas kühlen Aussentemperaturen ( Wind) immer wieder einige Runden geschwommen sind.Jederzeit gerne wieder! Haus mit Pool

Steffen ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber. Immer ansprechbar und bei Problemen eine schnelle Lösung parat. ( Nicht das es echte Probleme gegeben hätte ). Das Haus mit dem Pool, der Außenküche, der Außendusche: alles erstklassig. Die Küche super augestattet , das Haus sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht, aber ist bei einer Hitzewelle sicher toll. Steht bei uns auf Platz 1 für eine Rückkehr

Séjour paisible au chaud

Tout était parfait au niveau de la maison, le gérant locatif était très attentif aux détails. La cuisine était bien achalandée, et tout correspondait à l’annonce. La piscine est bien orientée. Et quel calme. Attention pas d’airco ce qui peut être difficile pendant les fortes chaleurs (jour + nuit).

Steffen’s villa

We were very happy in the villa - the pool was large and the temperature was perfect. The kitchen had everything you could want. The beds were comfortable. It was quite warm in the evenings so we used the bedroom fans. Air conditioning could be a great asset in the future. Overall we had a lovely time.

Beaucoup de charme et une très belle vue !

Nous avons eu un vrai coup de coeur pour cette maison qui réunit tout le charme et l’authenticité de l’Italie. La maison est idéalement située, proche d’Ostuni et des plages, tout en étant suffisamment reculée et sans vis à vis pour profiter en toute tranquillité. Nous gardons en mémoire cette vue, qu’offre la terrasse, sur la piscine et le champ d’oliviers et tout particulièrement au coucher du soleil. Steffen est un hôte disponible et à l’écoute que ce soit avant ou pendant le séjour.Tout est parfaitement organisé pour faciliter votre arrivée et votre séjour. La disponibilité sur place d’Angelo apporte un vrai plus à cette location. La taille de la piscine, sa proximité de la maison et son entretien au quotidien sont très appréciables. Steffen, Angelo, merci pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse. Nous pensons déjà revenir à la Villa Tempo delle Stelle qui porte très bien son joli nom.

Relaxed Holiday with Stunning Pool

We had a wonderfully relaxed stay in Steffen's property. The communication beforehand and during the stay was great. Angelo made us feel very looked after. The location is wonderfully peaceful and you don't see or hear other homes from the terrace and really feel like you are by yourself. Everything was exactly as it looks on the pictures, with the exception that there is no more electric hob for cooking outside.The pool is an absolute dream, as is the outside shower & BBQ. The kitchen was the most well-equipped kitchen we ever had in a holiday rental - a wonderful surprise & definitely worth mentioning. Nothing was missing in terms of equipment or utensils. In typical Puglian fashion, the property is kind of in the middle of nowhere, only a couple of minutes away from Ostuni by car. We came without a car and planned our shopping accordingly. This was no problem for us, who really just wanted to sit by the pool and cook, but if you want to explore more, you should definitely come by car. The only thing we would need to bring up as slightly negative is the temperature inside at night. Whilst there were fans in the house, it still heated up quite a bit at night and it was a bit of a struggle to sleep without an air conditioning unit. The fans helped slightly, but they are of course louder and could only do so much to change the overall temperature. However, overall we had a truly wonderful time,would definitely come back and would of course recommend the holiday rental too.

Natur,Komfort und Ruhe pur

Schöne Anlage, toller Pool . Unser Aufenthalt war im April, zum Baden leider noch zu kalt. Tolles Lebensmittelgeschäft mit großer Fisch und Käsetheke ganz in der Nähe. Auf der Außenküche haben wir frischen Fisch gegrillt. Sonnenuntergang bei Kerzenschein mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume sehr genossen. Auch bei kühlem Wetter ist es innen sehr warm und gemütlich. Angelo hat uns pünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt und war für uns den ganzen Aufenthalt über für jegliche Fragen sofort zur Verfügung . Danke Angelo

Ostuni in March

Great place! A very warm and complete property. The heated floors made it the first place we stayed in Puglia that was warm enough. Hats off to Angelo the property contact. After losing power due to a windstorm he had everything up and running inside of a day. He was very responsive and responsible. The internet connection was not the best but we made do. We did not bring this forward during our stay so maybe Angelo could have fixed this as well.

Superb location

Veel buiten ruimte

Meest opvallende van dit object is de de grote ruimte om het huis. Als je aan het zwembad zit heb je vrij zicht over de grote tuin van meer dan 100 meter diep. Ook een groot zwembad. Huis van binnen is niet al te groot, maar goed voor 4 personen. Er is geen airco, wat je wel mist als het een paar dagen over de 30 graden is, dan loopt de temperatuur binnen ook op en het koelt s'avonds niet meer af. Anti muggen middel meenemen. Ostuni is op 12 minuten rijden, leuk stadje met veel bars en restaurants.

Great location in country.

We had an amazing week relaxing at this property. Fantastic pool ( so clean and a great size), great BBQ which we used most nights and modern house. Angelo was great to deal with, friendly and always very helpful. Also the young man who cleaned the pool and removed rubbish daily. Maybe supply a list of local restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries. You do need insect repellent if you are going to eat outside at night, lots of friendly bugs that bite! Only negative was we had a wallet with money in it and a pair of much loved vintage sunglasses stolen 2 days before we left but a neighbouring property also experienced a theft as well. Would definitely recommend this property, clean and well appointed and great service.

une maison de rêve

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au milieu des oliviers, la maison est très fonctionnelle et reste fraîche même en plein été, la piscine est magnifique et idéale pour de jeunes enfants. Le gardien Angelo est très réactif et toujours prêt à dépanner ou aider. Nous recommande vivement!

Sehr schönes Haus komplett eingerichtet mit großen Pool

Das gesamte Anwesen hat und sehr gut gefallen. Haus war komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Es war auch alles sehr sauber. Betten waren sehr bequem. Außenbereich mit Grill, Gaskocher und Spühle haben wir viel genutzt. Der Pool ist großzügig und gepflegt so das wir täglich schwimmen waren und danach die Außendusche mit Kalt- und Warmwasser benutzten. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in herlicher Umgebung.

Tolles Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unsere nUrlaub im April in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Sehr vorteilhaft sind bei 2 Paaren auch die 2 Bäder. Zudem waren wir sehr froh an der Fußbodenheizung, da es abends doch ziemlich kühl war, weshalb wir auch leider den schönen Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, genügend Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr. Etwas abenteuerlich gestaltet sich die Zufahrt zu diesem Domizil, welches wir ohne die Hilfe von Angelo wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden hätten. Die große Terrasse und die weiteren Sitzplätze am Pool mit den diversen Sitz-und Liegemöbeln laden dazu ein, auch ganze Tage ohne große Unternehmungen im und am Haus zu verbringen. Kompliment an Herrn Beschorner: alles ist perfekt und die Kommunikation mit Angelo klappt auch ohne Italienischkenntnisse!

Lovely peaceful and relaxing setting.

A very clean & comfortable property with a wonderful outside area for relaxing in and the pool is a great asset which is cleaned very regularly.. Angelo the caretaker is helpful and very attentive which made our holiday very easy as we did not know the area. This being our first visit to Puglia which is very different from Tuscany, Umbra and the Marche but there are still very interesting and lovely places to visit. Lecce, Locorotondo and Polugnano a Mare are lovely and well worth spending a few hours visiting. The one thing that is missing from the villa is an information book suggesting local restaurants, nearest shopping and most importantly emergency telephone numbers for a doctor or hospital and for the Brits a Kettle would be a bonus.
