Beautiful property for exclusive use located in Ostuni, Italy. It is located in an excellent central position for tours to Alberobello in the famous Itria Valley and the splendid beaches of the Marina di Ostuni, Torre Pozzelle and the Torre Guaceto park.
The "Trullo Felice" holiday home consists of 2 fully furnished, independent and adjacent homes perfect for 2 families of friends.
"LAMIA" of approximately 85mq, with 2 double bedrooms, large room with kitchen / living room with sofa bed and 1 bathroom suitable for a maximum of 6 adults plus a child.
"TRULLO" of approximately 65 mq, characteristic Apulian construction with 1 double bedroom with adjacent living room with sofa bed and kitchen plus 1 bathroom suitable for a maximum of 2 adults plus a child.
Both apartments are rented exclusively in one solution.
They are equipped with equipped kitchens, air conditioners, dishwashers, washing machines, TV and WiFi.
The structure is equipped with a large swimming pool, a heated jacuzzi with hydromassage for 5 people, barbecue, 2 dehors and private parking, immersed in a totally fenced 5000 mq olive grove.
The very well looked after structure will be at your complete disposal and in case of need, information, reservations etc. , on-site assistance will guarantee you all the necessary support
