Get ready for this wonderful surprise! The Knights Inn Oswego is a great property near the commerce area of town. All we needed was a quick overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable, shower was just right. And how very accommodating the staff was. Roger and Angela really go above and beyond. I now know that this little place books up and when I plan my next trip, the first thing I will do is make sure I lock in my dates here. A great experience for a great budget motel. Recommended.

This was my 4th or 5th stay now at Knights Inn. It’s exactly what I need for a visit with my college student. Hotel staff have always been pleasant and welcoming. I even offered to move to a smaller room because my original party of 4, turned into a party of 1. Staff were welcome to make any changes I asked for. But, in the end just kept my room the way it was. Rooms have always been clean and ready upon arrival for all of my stays

The fact of the matter is this is for all intents and purposes a motel. There were no amenities that I noticed, nor had time to use to be fair, so maybe there was something and I just wasn't aware. Having a Dunkin Donuts basically in the parking lot was a big plus. I will say, for a "motel" the room was as clean as could be. The beds were incredibly soft and we had a great night's sleep. The pillows were a little flatter than I liked but they gave us eight for two beds so I just staked a few. Now the room itself was showing some age. The bathroom door stuck a bit and the shower nozzles required some torque to open and close. Again, I am not saying this is a 5 star hotel and I think even a 3 star would be fair. I gave it 4 stars because it exceeded my expectations.

The minute we walked into the Lobby the manager made us feel welcome with much information of things to do other than what we were there for.. the room was clean and inviting.. the mattress didn't have a spot on it.. the bathroom was clean with hot water at all times .. there weren't any people wandering about to be leary of at all .. I noticed their security cameras were always on in the lobby.. the night clerk was kind and easy to speak with, she calmed my confusion and was extremely helpful.. the hotel is located in an area that you could walk to for any forgotten necessities as well..we are frequent travelers for get aways from the monotony of home. Erie PA was our usual destination, after staying here we have decided it will be our new getaway from the kids for a day or two from now on..
