「The Harbour Studio is really lovely. Easily accessible. Close to town and supermarkets etc.It was also very warm, and dry despite being winter. The room gets sun all afternoon (if there is sun to be had)Despite sharing access with two other properties, it was lovely and private.I enjoyed a couple of lovely walks along the shared path that runs along the harbour.The standout feature of the studio is the view. 「The property was very comfortable and beautifully presented. The only thing to note is that if you had a large vehicle like a camper van or RV the parking would be a problem. There is a small local grocery store within walking distance (although the area is hilly) and it is an easy twenty minute drive into Dunedin. 」

「Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean.」

「時髦的住宿房間物品都很新潮每樣都要研究用法應該要有使用說明書地點尚可排風管沒固定晚上風大一直發出聲響廁所在一樓要上廁所要到樓下頗麻煩最不好的是沙發床的羽絨被有點味道好像洗好沒烘乾讓人不太舒服不太適合家庭入住但年輕人應該會喜歡這間的時髦設計」

"I’m not sure if the beds in this motel had been changed before we arrived. When we unfolded the blankets around 9 PM to sleep, we found hair on the double bed, which was really off-putting. I then checked one of the single beds and, upon closer inspection, noticed hair there as well. Normally, sheets should be changed between guests, but since it was already late, we didn’t want to confront the owner about it. We stayed for two nights and had brought our own bedding, so we chose not to make a fuss to avoid ruining our mood. That said, I believe clean bedding is a basic requirement for any accommodation. As for other aspects of the motel—the kitchen was well-equipped with ample space and utensils, the bathroom, though a bit dated, was clean and functional, the stove was new, and the air conditioning worked well. With a child in tow, we found it quite convenient overall. The only downside was the lack of cleanliness in the bedding, which really affected our stay"
