“Stayed multiple times, consistently clean rooms and property. Friendly supportive staff. First and only choice when staying in Othello. ”

“The room was just as advertised. There was some hair in the bathroom which is so gross for me, so unfortunately the room felt unclean because of that. I felt very unsafe because the door did not have a dead bolt that worked and the only lock on the door was a push button that didn't seem to work. There are people that live there and there was a woman that sat outside her room and smoked all night, and the smoke came into my room. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The……

“We actually missed breakfast by a couple minutes. The nice gal met us come in and make breakfast sandwiches to go. She was so kind!”

“I didn't check the AC as it wasn't hot enough to be needed, pool not in operation as of yet, again too early to be desired. I was disappointed only that there wasn't any shampoo, and that there wasn't a smoke detector, otherwise I had no complaints. ”

“Staff was friendly, although the young employer at check-in seemed a little lost overall, but he was pleasant. The pool was warm enough for me to happily join my kiddo no fewer than 3 times during our stay. Breakfast was varied and just what we needed. While I dont expect to return to Moses Lake soon, I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were fine, and sheets smelled predictably of bleach, which was the only downside - I'm sensitive to it at times.”

“terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence.”
