"Older property, but convenient for our travel to Pullman. Hall/stair carpets could use cleaning, but the room was very nice,The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is close to a family restaurant with good food and selections. Good value."

"The hotel overall was okay — the lobby was great, and we really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. We booked two rooms for 3 nights last week while working long 12+ hour shifts in Moses Lake, so we were mainly there to rest after long days. The biggest disappointment was the rooms themselves, especially the bathrooms. They felt much smaller than expected, and the shower pressure was extremely low, which was frustrating after long workdays when a good shower is something you really look forward to. That was honestly the biggest downside of our stay. We’ll likely be returning to Moses Lake several times over the next few months for work, so we’re hoping future stays can be a better experience. We’d definitely appreciate if there’s anything your team can do to make that happen."

"After check in I went to my room to find not only a very dated room but also the beds weren't even made up. There was pile of blankets and pillows for me to do myself. Not what you want to do when your already tired."

"Old, ungrateful, several bugs crawling on room floor, depressing, gloomy room, canceled and got out of there, not up to Comfort Suites or Expedia standards and ratings."
