“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

“They over booked the room that we paid for. I booked a room with a jet tub as my fiancé ran a spartan race and i knew that he would be sore. He looked forward to it the whole drive to the hotel. When we checked in they said because we booked through expedia they overbooked the jet tub room and "upgraded" us to a "suit" which was just a room with a living room attached the tv didnt work in the living room part and the ac in both rooms didnt work. Maintenance came and fixed the one in the room but……
