“We have had a wonderful time at the house and enjoyed the hospitality, beautiful view and scenery. The only nuisance were the many wasps visiting the pool during very warm sunny days. The owners were helpful in solving this, but still restricted the use of it during parts of the day. ”

“Very nice home and very attentive hosts. Great location nearby Plitvice Lakes. Several restaurants and store are within walking distance. Only drawback was the 2nd bedroom is not fully enclosed with an open wall to the living area below. ”

“Das Haus war sehr sauber, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist relativ antik und auch nicht alle Geräte funktionieren mehr einwandfrei (keine Spülmaschine), aber es ist liebevoll und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war reibungslos! Sie hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und sofort Maßnahmen eingeleitet! Sie ist sehr darum bemüht, einen unbeschwerten und schönen Urlaub zu bereiten. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine wunderschöne Srtandpromenade,……

“The house is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The location is in the mountains, you can make excursions if you wish. The seaside is about 20 min by car.”

“We had a great time in Croatia, thanks to Helena and Boris. Nice Appartement, only a short walk to the sea, very quiet. Helenas Family is very helpful, familiar atmosphere.”

“Wir waren die ersten Gäste von Gulijano, dem Gastgeber. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet, supersauber und aufmerksam hergerichtet. Moderne Ausstattung und sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse. Auch Regentage waren somit kein Problem. Richtig schöner großer Garten, unser Hund hat sich sehr gefreut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren 3-5 km entfernt. Die nächste Restaurants etwas weiter. Der Nationalpark und die Seen sind auch nicht weit. Wir würden wieder kommen.”

“Wir waren dort mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen. Platz war ausreichend, eine Küche mit allen nötigen Materialien und eine sehr schöne Außenanlage mit Pool. Der Preis war nicht zu teuer und sauber war es auch. Die Vermieterin war auch eine sehr nette Frau, die uns toll empfangen hat. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.”

“We weren't told that some stranger would be using the room right by the pool. This villa was supposed to be for our exclusive use, and not knowing whether there was a stranger in the room or not was unacceptable and not mentioned in the details we were given. The owner just said he was a friend that they were helping out! Which wasn't very helpful..Half the showers were broken, a couple had no hot water (owner just said, "this is Europe") and the property was in need of an overhaul. Crockery all……

“Tolles Ferienhaus in guter Lage, um sowohl die Küste als auch das Landesinnere zu erkunden. Wir haben Ausflüge zu den Plitvicer Seen und in den Nationalpark Nördlicher Velebit gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, topp ausgestattet und gemütlich. Mit schönem Außenbereich! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.”

“Donja Klada ist genau das Richtige, wenn man keinen Massentourismus mag. Ruhe, Natur in traumhafter Kulisse. Das Haus ist sehr schön, jedoch müsste es etwas modernisiert werden. Warmwasser in der Küche, Backofen, größerer Herd. Wir können den Ort nur empfehlen.”

“Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief einwandfrei, wir waren vor der Sommersaison dort. Die Gegend dort ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Schönes kleines Apartment, auch der Pool mit der Außenanlage ist super. 50 Meter Fußweg bis zum Meer. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.”

"Very welcoming hosts and they gave us good information about the Plitvick and flixbus information. Very cosy room with good WiFi, shower. Excellent delicious breakfast (€10), very nice dinner with good price. As the previous reviewer said, no need to go somewhere to take breakfast or dinner. (No lunch service) 45 minutes to walk to entrance 2 with ordinary pace. The nearest flixbus station is about 12 minutes walk. We got off wrongly on entrance 1, where the taxi insisted charging €15, Uber calling failed many times. "

"Very warm and nice host, he told us he’s born there so welcome to ask him anything. The next day after the wonderful breakfast he introduced us the best routes to the lakes. The room is big and tidy, comfortable bed and pillows. Need to carry luggage upstairs but that’s expected so it’s fine. "

"Hotel Rustico is actually like a service apartment. I love the environment around, they provided more than enough household equipment. There also some leisure places to walk, bicycle for you to ride and swing for kids. The boss and his mother are very nice, we enjoyed our vacation there very much. However, the lighting system needed to be upgraded."
