"Friendly staff, excellent room, great buffet breakfast, easy access to Haneda airport and when good for staying in Tokyo as it's close to Shinagawa station and you're not in a crazy busy area but there's also lots of restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"insanely convenient location for subway/train access. this area isn't super touristy so it doesn't get too crazy. only complaint is that the location should be relatively quiet normally but there was quite a bit of construction during our stay, so dealt with a lot of jackhammering until literally 2-3 am some nights. "Great option for a location if you plan on using the train line often. Bed was comfortable, washer/dryer duo was easy to use, the blow dryer is great! Do not need to bring most toiletries. 7/11 is just around the corner! You are in a bit a of a red light district on one side but the other is ++ business and the river is very pretty to walk around. Staff are also very excellent for helping! We got an early check in for an additional fee but was worth it. "
