Happy House was affectionately named by our toddler due to its cheery yellow door and bright interior. It is steps to the experimental farm, coffee shops, parks, and all that Westboro, Wellington Village, Little Italy, and Dows Lake have to offer. Conveniently beside Civic/Royal Ottawa Hospital.

The space
The first floor of the Happy House
includes a relaxing room with a smart TV, pull out couch sleeps 2 guests, queen bedroom that sleeps 2 guests,4 piece bathroom, kitchen (countertop stove, fridge, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, single wall oven, dishwasher, sink, a dining area that seats up to 6 guests.
When booking is made for 1 to 4 guests you will have access to the first floor of the bungalow that will sleep 4 guests.
The king room sleeps 2 guests it
will also be available for your accommodation when you choose to book over 4 guests or upon your request to us for an extra accommodation fee.
* Choose 5 or 6 guests for the king room to be included in your accommodation breakdown.
Guest access
We will open our king bedroom (bedroom 2 in photos) for your comfort when you choose the option of 5-6 guests.
An extra accommodation and cleaning fee will be automatically applied to your booking.
If you are 4 guests and under we will only have the main floor open which includes one queen size bed and a sofa bed. If you would like the king bedroom open please reach out to us or select 5-6 guests and you will be requested the additional fee.
You are welcome to enjoy our beautiful garden and patio which is beautifully lit up in the evening.
Free two car parking space on the premises.
Other things to note
Since you are our guest we will take care of running the dish washer, washing the used towels and bedding.
We only ask you to place the used towels and linen in the laundry basket and leave the bath mat in the wash room as it is washed separately.
We understand accidents happen. If anything is not functioning or breaks please contact us.
