The bathroom was nasty the toilet paper is thick and clogs the toilet all the time and u can see stuff in the back of the toilet the breakfast is not good the hot tub was very good and the pool was ok but could been cleaner

The room was nice and clean. Floors in bathroom had a few cracked tiles. No big deal. Hotel was nice and quiet. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety for our 2 days we had it. Hot tub was broke on second night no fault of hotel things like that happen. If ever this way again would definitely stay here.

Good place, great staff.

The staff was very friendly and gentle. The room was comfortable, but I feel like the hotel could keep some bottles of water in the frige. Other than that, everything was great.

This hotel seemed to think of everything others don’t. There was tampons and pads for free in the women’s public bathroom. Restaurant style biscuits and gravy with real sausage for breakfast. Only reason they lost one star was it seemed the hot tub needed to be cleaned up, but I’m sure that’s an easy fix. Check in and check out was a breeze. I will look for this hotel on my next trip to Ottawa.

Overall it was clean and quiet. Right off the highway and close to many things. The pool was freezing and didn’t look too clean and the hot tub was broken along with the elevator. All unfortunate circumstances and yet plays into the quality of the stay.

The bathroom fan was very noisy along with a dog upstairs that was barking for half the night. The bathroom was small, with the sink outside of the bathroom, a short toilet, and low pressure water for the toilet. The pillows were half the size of normal pillows (like cut in half). The hot tub had low pressure jets. The staff was very hospitable. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, although the orange juice dispenser was broken.

Cracked floor

The positives was our room was fairly clean and the staff was wonderful. The negatives was the tile in the bathroom floor was cracked. When you stood by the toilet the floor made noises and felt like it was going to fall thru. When I took a shower the shower felt the same way. They advertised having a hot tub. The hot tub was cold and had bugs in it. It looked as though it had not worked for a long time.
