My wife and I stayed at this hotel last year, and it was excellent then, which is why we stayed once again. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Alot of variety of hot and cold food was available each day. Getting to the hotel is fairly easy with ample parking in front and back. Most signage has French and English. We were there for 4 days, and I can honestly say we had no complaints about this hotel.

Quick check-in and check-out, no hassles on either end. The gentleman at front desk (same fellow both days) was polite, and very thorough throughout the process. Room was spotless with lots of storage, and space in general. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee/tea machine were useful and appreciated. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, lots of great options. Will stay here again next time, would recommend.

Overall, our stay was okay. The location was great! Very close to the mall, restaurants, highway, parliament, etc. All of the KITCHEN staff were extremely kind, friendly, and attentive to our needs and they would always greet us with a smile. However, the other staff around the hotel were not as hospitable. It’s nice when all hotel staff are smiling, friendly, and greet guests. The rooms were fairly clean but some of the sheets had a small stain. The buffet breakfast was also good.

Everything was excellent!!!! The best food, cleanliness, bath, bed, pillows and mattress were super quality! The front clerk was so pleasant and helped us so kindly as if we were the only customers that night and he was busy. The only downfall was the construction zone, which was no fault of Holiday Inn, the city blocked the entrance and we had to travel on the very busy unfamiliar highway.
