Room looked clean, but the sofa bed had some dust or food scraps on it, and looked like it hadn’t cleaned at all. Staffs looked nice. The hotel name didn’t match on map, it showed holiday inn on apple map.

Hello! The bad: We didn't have enough Kleenex, the shower curtain were too short, the beds were hard and the nights were cold (not big enough blankets and the temperature lowers automatically at night). The good: we had a clean room, the place was quiet, the gym was diverse and accessible to all age, the washroom was big enough and had lots of makeup mirrors.

Poor staffing, it's not their fault but it's clear they are not supported by the organization, under-staffed, very poor and long processes that make every interaction an ordeal, no one is happy. The parking is $14 and the garage is so tight it's almost impossible to park safely . No amenities. No microwave in the room, and just one tiny old microwave for the entire hotel to use. Clean room, good size, but I will never return.

The room itself was great (spacious and a great view), bit there was no soap in the bathroom (for hands or body) but only shampoo, conditioner and body cream). Also. The electric wasn't properly connected, on one side of the bed the electric outlet wasn't working. It was unplugged from a power bar. Also. In the breakfast dining room, the temperature was probably below 10 or 15°C... It was sooo unpleasant!! I know, the outside temperature was -25C, but we're in Quebec, winters are cold and the hotel should be heated/insulated accordingly. Luckily, the room was warm enough.

We arrived 11 pm and the person at the front desk gave clear parking instructions and held our baggage while we parked the car. Check out at 11 a.m. was quick and courteous. Room was well stocked with towels, cups, and coffee/tea supplies. Room was large. View great! And, room temperature was comfortable on entrry

room was great but handling of hotel policy on security deposit was awful. it went thru on my credit card acct as pending on check-in to be dropped off at checkout, but next day 2 more charges appeared as pending on my acct. why?? hotel said it would drop off at checkout but the 2 extra charges didn't until Jan 25 and 26th, 1 week after checkout. very confusing and frustrating.
