"Great location. Walking distance to most museums. Byward Market practically at your door step. Very clean. Staff that make an effort. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast very disappointing. Bathrooms need updating. Walls and doors very thin. Request parking ahead of time as their lot is small and tight. City garage right next door. "

"Room was very nice, the heat was on and lowest it would set was 18.5, windows are able to open though which helps. Good blackout curtains. Fridge in room. Microwave at request for free to reheat food if you need it. They have a cafe too that has a coffee and breakfast sandwich for $8 and other snacks / sandwiches "

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent location. Walking distance to Parliament buildings, Sparks Street and Byward Market. Hotel is very clean with wonderful staff. I would stay here again. "
