"I felt this hotel was very overpriced for what it offered. When I booked the room, the pictures appeared to show a hot tub in the pool area but when I asked about it upon arrival, the guy said there is no hot tub and it was just a kitty pool. Very disappointing but I guess I should have read the details better instead of assuming from a picture. The staff was very accommodating when he found out we had an accessible person with us, and switched our room to a main level with no issues. Once we got in the room, we were overall happy with how clean it was and The beds were super comfortable. When we looked a little closer, we noticed some things that were a bit of a turn off, there was a dark brown goo stuck on the side of the tub. It looked like something they could have scraped off, but just never bothered to and it just built up gunky over time. The shower wasn’t the best either, the pressure was really low."

"This was one of the best properties I've ever stayed at. Secluded oceanfront property just as described. A bit difficult to get to, but the host was great in proactively providing clear instructions. I highly recommend booking this cottage."

"All was good except that the property advertised a bath, but when we got there there were instructions NOT to use the bath. Also, the upstairs bath had only cold water. The guests using the upstairs bathroom had to use the downstairs bath to shower and clean. Also, we were instructed to remove the trash but the bins they required to use was about 120 to 150 feet away from the building. We paid a 120 cleaning fee. We should not have been required to remove our trash to a remote location after paying a 120 cleaning fee."

"Everything was very nice! We had quite a few unwelcomed guests in the form of ants. Had to swat a few off me during the night. Other than that, lovely property!"

"This was a great location right on the ocean. Beautiful views and warm sunshine and lots of beach walking! The host was very helpful with the few situations that arose and quick to respond. Great place to hang out and enjoy the beauty of the Atlantic and the beautiful lake opposite the cottage!"

"Great restored farm house which is beautiful. It however was a long drive , with no amenities nearby for a one night stay. A longer stay would be ideal as a place to unwind and relax. Would love to go back for a longer period of time"
