"This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family ..."

"We had 12 family members stay at the Crimson cabin and it had plenty of space and was very clean. The hosts communicated quickly and were helpful when needed. The sandy beach was also a hit with our family."
