Trotz zeitweise geringer Auslastung (ich war auch Werktage dort, aufgrund von Terminen) sehr, sehr bemüht, uns alle Services in vollem Umfang zu bieten (z.B. wurde Wellness extra für uns außer der Zeit geöffnet und Sauna eingeschaltet). Einer der Gäste hatten dann seine Ausweispapiere vermisst. Das Personal hat gründlich überall gesucht, sie schließlich ins Sofa gerutscht gefunden und uns per Einschreiben nach geschickt. Wie gesagt, top Service! 」
