Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "

"As other reviews have said, the staff are superb, with the exception being that they charged me twice the price I should have and was required to pay them for the local tax. Having to pay them directly versus paying everything at once is a scam and it caused a big argument. This place should have been priced for 1/3-1/2 the cost Expedia is charging. I could have and should have stayed at a new, luxurious Ibis Hotel for less than this one charged. The hotel has seen much better days, of which I...
