The property is perfectly located, all the shops and restaurants in downtown Marietta are within walking distance. The property is clean and well-appointed, and Maxx was a great host. We plan on returning in the future."

"When you're in the middle of renovations, it would be good to indicate that somewhere. Instead I walked into a hotel that had no ice, little vending, no equipment in the fitness room, and only one of two elevators functioning. The first room I was placed in should NOT have been an option because it had no coffee maker, tissues, soap, alarm clock, phone, USB port, or batteries in the remote. They have a list of rooms being renovated, but I got put in one anyway. I got moved into a second room after midnight. It was an improvement, but still did not have an alarm clock or USB post anywhere."
