I liked the 24 hour open pool and Jacuzzi. Did not need to rush back to use the pool and spa. Breakfast selection standard items, kept appropriate temperature. Comfortable bed

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Price was amazing The room was immaculate. The shower & beds were wonderful. I would definitely tay again. We couldn't use the pool because of renovation but it looked like it was going to great.

The man who was working yesterday morning was so rude after explaining to him my key stopped working so he made me once then that one wouldn't work. So he had asked me where was I trying to use the key at and I told him the back door because our room is by the back door and we smok. Hereplied yeah it's not going to work there. I asked him why wouldn't and he didn't answer later I told the next person working about him and she said oh yeah he's like that which I don't understand why you would have a rude person representing your company. And why does he still exist if it's not only me that has noticed how rude he is

It's just ok

Front desk clerk at check in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived. The area was quiet. Breakfast area was clean and had a good selection. Our biggest issue was that despite the fact that we stayed 4 nights, we never saw housekeeping and no one ever came to take care of our room. On day 3, I asked the front desk clerk to have housekeeping at least come and empty the trash and bring fresh towels. Sad to say that did not happen. That was very disappointing that even after we made a specific request, no one took care of our room. I know that if we come back to that area, we will be finding other accommodations.

Really enjoyed my stay. Front desk assistant was great and had a great attitude, my room was clean but there did seem to be makeup on the top blanket which could have been easily missed. Overall I was very pleased and will be staying again!
