“The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable. The “western breakfast” was just buttered toast, and it took 40 minutes, even though every simpler place offered more. They mentioned eggs as well, but after 40 minutes nothing appeared, and……

“We had a wonderful stay at the villa. For our son it was very good to have a nice pool and a beach to play in the sand with his toys. We stayed 6 Nights. It was very comfortable to have a person who is always there for you when you need sth or have questions. Malith was great and we loved him very much. He was always nice and professional. He was available the whole time and when you check in you get his mobile number and you can text him always via What's App and he responds immediately. This……

Das Frühstück war für sri-lankische Verhältnisse gut und ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber. Breakfast is excellent with all cusines available. The NY eve gala dinner had live music, superb food banquet and a beach bbq. Seafood, meat and sushi available. Like a wedding feast. Great fun and well organised.”

“We had an amazing stay here. The staff was exceptional and went far to help us out with everything. The room was large and clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. Hotel arranged a turtle snorkeling with a local guide that was a really good experience. The breakfast was good and we also had lunch at the hotel two days. We even got a christmas gift from the hotel staff on christmas day. One of the best and nicest places we have stayed in Sri Lanka, much thanks to the lovely staff and the……
