“Pool was open but not heated, if you wanted a heated pool is was extra for every guest. First room had black mold and a broken countertop, second room was good.
Staff wwre great; especially Fernando, Phillipe, Ampreet, Amir and Harpreet.
Food was awful, paid for allinclusive and ate outside the hotel on multiple occasions.
The only reason for 2 stars is how great the staff was.”

“The hotel was beautiful, contemporary in style with a fabulous rooftop infinity pool with fabulous views.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedroom was a decent size, with nice vanity area and full length mirror, tea/coffee making facilities and comfortable bed/pillows.
Super continental breakfast.
I was a solo traveler but felt very relaxed and safe staying at the hotel.
The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for me, especially the reception team.”
