It's a beautiful place to stay and have fun as a couple or family!!! We had a blast. The rooms were nice and they have 7 different mineral spas. The hotel is older, but that does not take away from it. The views are breath taking!!!!

Our stay at Box Canyon Lodge in Ouray was fantastic! The location was incredible- close to Box Canyon Falls with breathtaking mountain scenery all around. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. One of the best parts was the charming little hot springs, which made our stay feel extra special. Breakfast was great as well, and the overall experience was peaceful and memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent stay. We were fooled that the fireplace was gas and not wood burning, but that really was not a big deal. The beds were comfy. Nice large bathroom. Property grounds excellent. Breakfast room was crowded, but better than average breakfast fare. Would stay here again.

Rooms were great. Staff was great. Hot Springs tubs were nicely located up a hill and were private with gorgeous views. They were a little slimy but water was clear. Not sure if this was because they were cedar. Wish they just included robes with the room. We didn’t know until too late that they were available at the front desk. Very dog friendly. Breakfast was pretty much the usual for midrange hotels. We came for the hot springs, not the food.

Very pleased the fresh fruit and berries option with breakfast was a big plus for me, the hot springs are the hottest in the area from the other surrounding ones in ouray. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was great except for one thing. The woman working the front desk was very friendly but also very unprofessional. In my experience, you never bad mouth a guest to or in front of other guests.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Water pressure in shower was not very good. Hot water in bathroom sink was a trickle. Bed was super comfy. Hot Springs King room does not mean there is a hot springs tub next to your room. Made a mistake with that. Paid $20 extra a night for nothing extra. Could have just booked the king bedroom and call it good.
