The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable However, the room was outdated, more specifically the bathroom ~ moldy and smelled. I would not take a shower with those conditions. Parking was convenient. The hot tubs were very hard to get into as the seats and floor had a layer of something that made any steps taken extremely slippery and dangerous. If the room was updated and hot spring tubs cleaned more often, it would have been a delightful stay.

Loved the view of Box Canyon. Quiet area. Easy to find. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit good. Parking got a little full, but always got a spot.

The rooms are a little out of date but still decent. My biggest complaint was the hot water for your shower was just warm. It never got hot. The view from my room was amazing tho.

Was a nice place off the main road a couple blocks, close to hiking. Hot tubs were unique but slippery. Staff could have been friendlier. Breakfast was Not included, which for the cost of the room was surprising.The view of the canyon mountains was cool. Ouray is a quaint tourist town with lots going on.

Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful. It is within walking distance of all the great shops and restaurants downtown as well as the awesome, not-to-be missed Box Canyon waterfall. We also used and loved the hot springs hot tubs. Breakfast was much nicer than the usual with fresh fruit and a nice assortment of choices.

This was our third year staying at the Lodge and it is perfect. It’s within walking distance to Main Street and a great bakery. We have 2 favorite restaurants and the town is so friendly and pet friendly. We look forward to this vacation every year. The town is beautiful and plenty of things to do and see or not. It’s what a vacation should be, both fun and relaxing.

On first appearance the hotel is lovely. Check in was super easy and staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking. Our room was upstairs, and the upstairs level was on a tilt- as soon as you reach the top of the stairs the entire floor is on a tilt. Then walking into our room, it was also on a tilt. So feels like it was intentional but it was very weird. Especially sleeping at night. There was an ominous looking stain on our mattress. The bed sheets covered it but you could see it through the sheets. The bathroom sink had a very bad smell coming from it, to the point where we closed the plug and only opened it to empty water once the sink was full. We stayed for a few nights and room house keeping was not available. For the price to stay, it was disappointing. Requesting towels etc was still available. There’s 7 hot tubs available. All at different temperatures which was lovely. We went into 2 of them and they were extremely slimy. Hotel staff said they get scrubbed but they need to consider doing it more frequently. We still used them, however it was extremely slippery getting into and out of.
