Great little place

Place was clean, and had a washer and dryer. Bathroom was updated and worked well. It is a older home so has some weird little quirks but worked well for us.

Very nice Ouray home

The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great and right in town. One small issue was that there was not enough bathroom supplies for our almost week long stay and we had to buy more. Also there is no dishwasher so hand washing dishes is required.

Great time, probably the best communication of any short term rental ever.

Only issue was finding the actual front door as it was inside the enclosed porch. After a quick phone call that was solved in seconds everything was good-to-go for the week.Other than the bear tipping the dumpster on the last day, no complaints!

Overall very good. Description of the rental was not accurate, there was no dish tv and there was no dishwasher. I can understand the dishwasher but the dish tv was a disappointment. Should update the property description.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little cottage was just as described and makes the perfect location for a stay in the mountains. The hosts checked in periodically to make sure everything was good and had the forethought to have the stove lit when it turned colder, giving us notice someone would be coming in to do it. Switzerland of America Jeep rentals is conveniently across the street.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good experience. It is just 2.5 blocks from Main St and very convenient to walk to and from dinner. If anyone in your party is over 6' tall, beware that this home is built long ago and has very small doorways, tiny stairs, tight stand-up shower space, and short head clearance in the loft and basement laundry area. It does have the cutest LITTLE kitchen you have ever seen! Perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple with the master bedroom on the main level.

Ouray Central & Quiet

This property was well located in the middle of this quaint town. Because of that you can easily walk to any destination. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and they provided enough pillows and blankets. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with towels and kitchenware. The shared courtyard was nice.

Great Location

The cottage was very clean on our arrival and well-stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, linens and blankets. It is located within a few blocks of downtown Ouray and very convenient for shopping (groceries, hardware, restaurants, etc). In addition the cottage is quite close to an entrance to the City's Perimeter Trail and within walking distance to the Box Canyon and Cascade Falls. The listing does not include a dryer, but there is one in the laundry room. It was difficult to determine which of the three units was associated with our rental without a call to the management service. The property address is not displayed on any of the rentals and they are numbered 1 through 3. Additionally, the locked entrance to our unit (3) was located inside a breezeway entrance. All of this was immediately cleared up with the telephone call. I would recommend updating the check-in instructions to clarify the unit number and the location of the primary entrance to the unit. Information on the refrigerator has a discrepancy in terms of the wifi address. The sheet on the refrigerator door is correct. The one on the side of the refrigerator is not. I would also recommend some additional instructions for operating the heat for the unit. We really liked the property and will likely stay there again.

Great property but poor management.

Wonderful unit but only half 1/2 roll of TP. Called the first morning and manager rattled on for a minute before saying she would send someone over. Know one showed up in the hour we were there. Also, the trash dumpster was full to the rim. Also, never been asked to run the first load of laundry before we leave.
