「Karen was an exceptional host: flexible, professional, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Pilot House if you visit Eleuthera. Some scheduling irregularities arose and Karen was proactive and resolved in to our liking. Also the gardens are immaculate and beautiful」

「The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. 」
