“We were amazed at this slice of paradise! It was our third trip back to Exuma in the past year. We have rented a large home, room at a resort hotel and now the carriage house. It had everything we needed for the week. It’s hard to find a place that is perfect for two people with a full kitchen and the most amazing grounds including an infinity pool and hot tub on the most beautiful sandy beach in Exuma. Communication with the owners was very quick. We will be back! ”

“I loved it here , the cleanliness, the decor and accuracy with the photos. Only thing the hot water for shower takes long to kick in. Other than that beautiful place a nice get away”

“Stayed for a week with my husband it was really great. No complaints I love how it had everything you needed and definitely plan on staying there again. I love that we were able to access Netflix probably my favorite part. It was really clean overall 10/10 home away from home,”

“This private residence is very conveniently located for the Bay, the downtown and for nice restaurants. You can arrange pickup from the airport for a reasonable price and it included a good intro to the area. Miss Donna was very nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful, friendly hosts. The Red Knot Manor was just as described and shown in pictures. The whole community was awesome. It's not fancy but very laid back and relaxing. Restaurants are few and there's one main but small grocery store and several snack shops in town. A note to other travelers... please call Red Knot Manor directly to book. They have trouble receiving payment from online booking sites and sometimes even end up being over booked. ”

“I am originally from The Bahamas and spent every Easter as a child in Rock Sound with my grandparents. My wife and I decided to spend Easter this year with my family. The property is full of history, having been part of the Rock Sound Club started by Arthur Vining Davis. Karen has done an absolutely remarkable job renovating this part of the property - everything from the flooring to the landscaping, interior design...it was all so clean and looked new. AC in the rooms, fridge, good water……

“My husband and I were looking to get to know different parts of the island and this was a fabulous stop in the south. Learned a lot about the area from Karin and had a great time.”

“My stay at the Pilot House was nothing but amazing. Karen, the owner, was very responsive to messages, making sure I found the place easily and providing great recommendations around the Island. The rooms are newly renovated with a luxury hotel feeling. Staying at the pilot house was above expectations. Looking forward to staying there again.”

“Jackie and Leslie's Rollaway was the perfect place for us. Located off the Baha Mar Blvd, it provided the most pleasant walk lined with all sorts of colorful blooming flowers all the way to the beaches. The home was clean and well kept, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was cleaned every couple of days and was warm and refreshing. Jackie was the most gracious hostess as was her son who arranged for our transportation to and from the airport, grocery, and tours. They made our stay most……
