"We booked the two bedroom apartment. However the owner stated that he made a mistake, and the ground floor is available which is a three bedroom. The apartment was not clean at all. The shower and toilet doesn’t work properly. There are ant, spiders, and roaches. The garbage from the previous guest was still in the kitchen. No toilet papers, towels and hand soap was available in the unit. Total disappointment."

"My wife and I liked every thing about this Gem… we did not know anything about it until we arrived… it was simply outstanding… clean and beautiful rooms, helpful and friendly staff… location was very well centered… we really enjoyed our stay and we surly recommend it for others. I must say that Omar at the coffee shop was super friendly and helpful… and the bell boys too."
