The lovely countryside

A really nice place

The apartment was well equipped and really, comfortably comfortable for our family of 4 and our dog. The neighborhood is very tidy and quite captivating. The view from its terrace is beautiful. Host Marc and his family are really helpful

A very quiet and friendly place, with beautiful natural landscapes and all the amenities you need to stay a few days away from the noise of big cities. We were visiting Cologne for a few days and chose to stay in this quiet place close to nature. We had a fantastic holiday at this lovely accommodation. We had everything we need and the property was nice and clean. It was very handy for any shops we needed. In the immediate vicinity it was very quiet and peaceful and very handy for walks, cycle rides and hiking direct from the house. Visiting Cologne and Bonn was very easy and they are great places to visit. The hosts were very friendly and easy to contact if needed. Would really recommend this to anyone interested in a relaxing holiday whether it’s couples or families as suits everyone. Thank you for a great holiday.

Large appartment with nice view

The apartment is big, tidy and has a nice view. Ideal for a holiday to Cologne combined with nature. There are many leaflets available for activities in the area. The bathroom is spacious with a bath and separate rain shower.

Quiet, peaceful retreat with beautiful nature.

Very nice rural setting with grocery store conveniently located nearby. Hosts were easy to communicate with and apartments had what one needed. If you are tall the loft room could be tricky, but short mom stayed in this duo so it worked. Lots of local information literature to utilize if one wishes. We stayed during a rainy spell but cannot predict mother nature.

Wonderful Stay

This apartment was the perfect 'home base' for us on our trip to Germany. It had all of the amenities we needed and the location and views were very picturesque. Marc was incredibly helpful and quick to respond throughout the process. During check-in, he walked us through the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. The stay was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting western Germany.

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Allerdings sind 2 Betten direkt unterm Dach. Es führt eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe dorthin. Für Jugendliche geeignet. Kleinere Kinder oder Erwachsene sollten dort eher nicht schlafen.Der Eingang zur Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung, insbesondere die Couch im Wohnzimmer, sollte einmal erneuert werden. Die Couch ist total fleckig. Leider

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und der Check-In /Check out, sehr komfortabel.Leider ist das Mobiliar der Ferienwohnung doch schon sehr abgenutzt (Wohnzimmercouch/Schlafzimmerschrank) und an den Wänden und Leisten auch Schäden, die einer Reparatur bedürfen.Das Schlafzimmer ist für 2 Erwachsene ausreichend.Das Dachgeschoss, das nur über eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar für die Unterbringung der weiteren Gäste angeboten wurde, ist für Erwachsene absolut nicht geeignet und unsere 20 jährige Tochter musste in den Bettenbereich kriechen um dorthin zu gelanden.Der Parkbereich an der Seite am Grundstück ist nicht optimal, da das Fahrzeug seitlich einen Teil in die doch von Landmaschinen stärker befahrenen Strasse ragt.

Wir haben zu Ostern Verwandte in der Nähe besucht und waren eigentlich nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung. Het huis van Mark en Birgit is een mooi huis en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Bijna te vergelijken met een grote flat. De omgeving is heuvelachtig en het is er heerlijk rustig. Ons verblijf is ons goed bevallen; even helemaal weg van de hectiek van Nederland. De info op de site kloppen allemaal. Idem grote badkamer en stortdouche. Heerlijk tot rust komen.
