After a day of exploring, fire up the propane fire pit, challenge the kids (or your partner) to a round of yard games, and toast to a day well spent. Whether you're here to recharge, reconnect, or roam, this is the place to make it all happen.


🌿ADVENTURE AWAITS
Come here to get "away-from-it-all" while still being "close-to-everything". Perfect for all seasons, the high-country hometown of Heber-Overgaard offers access to several lakes in the region, numerous off-road trails and quaint small town shops. Enjoy hiking, fishing, and kayaking in the summer, or cozy up by the fire after a day of snow trekking in the winter. Willow Springs and Woods Canyon Lake are a short drive away plus you don't want to miss the majestic views of the Mogollon Rim with a scenic drive to the Rim Vista Overlook Trail.

We welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Considering this is a home, not a hotel, we kindly ask you to treat the space with care. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site staff available 24/7. However, we’re just a message away if you need assistance! To finalize your booking, a separate rental agreement is required.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just off the highway. Close to stores and restaurants. Pit Stop Pizza was very good and just around the corner. House was very cozy and the large back yard was great for spending the evening around the fire pit. Host was very helpful and responsive.
