Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Overland Park is one of the most sought after residential area in Metro Kansas City! You will love it here.
Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity during your stay. It faces the public view. The exterior security camera are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy,
No Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party or Unauthorized Guests/Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
