Great House Great Location!

Fantastic place to stay. Very comfrtable inside the house and walking distance to weekend farmer's market, shops, food! We WILL look to rent again when we return to town!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is so fun next to downtown Overland Park! The house was very clean and identical to the listing. The communication with the host was really fantastic and they helped us resolve a minor issue in a matter of minutes. Overall, I’d highly recommend this rental!

Needed a larger property and this did great. Communication was great, inside was clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, very close to the restaurants and downtown area. Highly recommend!

Great house, convenient location, beautiful decor and fixtures

House was exactly as pictured and very clean. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and convenient. Pros: Spacious bedrooms and common areas Comfortable beds and linens Clean and modern decor, appliances all good Great lighting throughout and ceiling fans Good amenities and supplies Great information from hosts, timely with correspondence Cons: Stairs to 2nd level are steep, not that many stairs but each step higher than normal. Only two of the five bedrooms have a TV. Other than master bedroom, no dresser, table or luggage rack or anywhere to put your stuff (except small nightstand and closet).

Convenient location!

We came into town for a Chiefs game. On arrival we were given wrong code, but host provided us a new one within 60 seconds of sending a message which was great. House was comfortable, good space for us all to hang out, beds very comfy. The house did have a lot of wall damage (missing paint, tons of black scuff marks all over walls , there was an exposed nail in the downstairs shower, hole in the bathroom ceiling…I think it needs some paint and finishing the renovation to truly make it 5 stars. And maybe put the wifi code in an easy to find location so we aren’t all on the floor reading tiny numbers and letters to one another? Or change it to something easier and hang it on the wall? Typically vrbos offer some type of typed guide with info in it, too. I would stay here again but I think the property needs some finishing.

This was a perfect spot for our family to be all together!!! Very comfortable. Host was always available and answered all questions timely. This was my first VRBO experience and I was so impressed. The entire process was very easy and efficient. Will definitely recommend to others.

Perfect For Families

The house was very nicely updated with modern amenities. The beds might be the most comfortable, I've experienced in a vacation rental! The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with what we needed to make meals. House was in a nice quite neighborhood, yet still close enough to anything we wanted to do. The host’s communication was prompt, and they even provided ideas for things to do, and places to eat in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would look to return for a future trip.
