Check in process was easy, property was clean and easy to find, & host was very prompt at returning messages. Would definitely stay there again!! A million times better than the last Air B&B I stayed in.

Conveniently located, but not that cozy or quiet. Bring an extra blanket during the cooler months if you want to be comfortable. Host supplied ear plugs for noise, but they didn't completely block the sounds.

The apartment was 2 minutes from our daughter’s family. So convenient! The apartment was clean and working with Angie made the entire process very easy!! The only con is the parking lot does have a lot of pot holes… we hope to stay there in the future!

Inside was clean. The parking lot has a lot of potholes and litter needs to be picked up. The property manager was nice and attentive.

We had a fantastic time at this VRBO property! Angie was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making communication a breeze. The check-in instructions were clear and simple, allowing us to settle in quickly without any hassle.We especially appreciated the straightforward checkout process – no complicated rules or checklists. Just leave the linens on the bed and towels on the bathroom floor, how easy is that? It made departing stress-free and allowed us to focus on enjoying our last moments of vacation.Highly recommend this rental for its great communication, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. Cozy little getaway!

This location was very comfortable! Gave a very at home vibe. Everything was clean and tidy and very well equipped. Definitely recommend staying here if you are planning on a trip to Overland Park!
