“This property is under renovation. 3 rd floor rooms - TV doesn’t work. Electric outlets didn’t work. Drapes didn’t keep glaring parking lot lights out of room at night- difficult to sleep. I reported all to management on site. They said they were aware of the issues. I said then why are they not telling customers in advance and why are they renting rooms on the 3 td floor? Plus halls had taped Sheetrock recently added- not painted. I do not recommend anyone staying here.”

“This version sounds personal and genuine, like something you’d naturally say: I absolutely love staying here. The rooms are big and clean, and the location is perfect. You can be downtown within minutes, and there are restaurants, stores, and businesses all around, so even if you don’t have a car, you can easily walk somewhere to eat or pick up what you need. What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. I honestly feel like I can call them my friends. As a female, there have been times……

“Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place.”

“This hotel is dated and could use some TLC and upgrades. Paint coming off walls in bathroom, old carpet with stains and residue in carpet. Very hard bed sheets, pillows discolored, loud AC unit. Headboard stained. Staff was helpful and tried as best they could to help.”

“Initial room had a strong mildew/mold odor. Shown a second room, the air conditioning was not working and the room also had the same strong odor. Shown a third room, also the odor was too strong. Finally the fourth room was acceptable, but still a lingering mildew odor.”

“The rooms were very spacious. clean and they even had a laundry room. The breakfast was subpar. By the time, I got up there was hardly any food and a wider variety of foods like eggs, bacon and sausage would have been nice. Overall the hotel was very nice”

“I have already reached out to the hotels upper management about my stay. I was attacked by a huge cockroach. I thought the tag of my shirt was poking my neck but when I reached up my hand found a huge roach. My girlfriend screamed and freaked out. I immediately reported the incident to the manager at the front desk but instead of an apology I was accused of bringing the roach in with me. She handled the situation terribly. The only consolation was the Area Director of Operations Taskforce ,……
