Spacious and comfortable, plus dog friendly!

Stayed here with adult children and two dogs. Space is generous and clean but a little worn in the kitchen area, however, that did not detract. We stayed in another unit, 113, last week and coffee filters were provided. This time they weren’t, and the reason given was for cleanliness and sanitation. Makes no sense. If not providing them they should state that and what filters are needed. Having said this, I’d book again.

Ski getaway.

The unit was spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub . It would be better if the hot tub was open a bit later until midnight. We stayed at another property at Rivergrass last year that was absolutely phenomenal . This unit was a bit smaller and not as modern and was an upstairs unit . The seating was a bit small for a family of four .Two couches or a larger sectional would be better to accommodate a family. Also the tv could have been larger and mounted over the fireplace as well. Netflix should be added as well . Last years unit had all of these features . The primary bedroom suite had a double bed . The bed should be at least a queen size bed an a tv in that bedroom. Overall the stay was good but there are better units at this property.

Great family vacation

Clean, spacious condo. Loved having 2 bathrooms as well as two seperate beds in the one bedroom that my kids shared. Was great to have a full kitchen and dining room to have our family meals. Close proximity to blue mountain village.

Great location needs a deep clean

The location of this property is great - close to the village easy walking distance. There seemed to be any traps located in some rooms and there definitely needs to be a deep clean done in this rental.

Very nice property, a couple of put offs Dog poo left on the balcony- Beds were for us not that comfortable- Unfortunately noisy neighbours until late at night - But beautiful surround , great amenities apart from no hand soap- Close proximity to the mountains was ideal Thank you so much and we hope to be back next year Would love any promos coming up in the future Thanks

We enjoyed the size and location of the property, as well as the laundry. The house was not cleaned well; however. It looked like dust had built up baseboards and some furniture for years and the floors were grimy. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean though. The property would not be amenable for someone accessibility issues with the steep stairs.

Blue mountain weekend stay

Started our stay on a terrible note with a severe thunderstorm warning which caused electrical problems and road closures. We called vacasa to explain our situation and see if we could push our stay from two night to one night due to extenuating circumstances, unfortunately Samantha who I spoke with said they could not be flexible and that she could not grant this request. On our arrival I found the unit was not easily accessible for disabled/handicapped people, and I wish this was something they listed. The mattresses were uncomfortable and it was unfortunate when we found stains all over the linen. The wood stained chair in the living room left stains all over our clothing after use. Also we woke up to the garbage truck at 6:20am Overall, I would not recommend the very uncomfortable stay. There are many other places to stay at blue mountain that are family friendly and not overpriced!

Perfect location and great condo

This condo was modern and comfortable. I would have given it a 5 star rating had It been cleaner. It is dog friendly which is wonderful but the carpet and floor was covered in white dog fur. A little more attention to cleaning is needed.

Full comfort at a touristic site

The apartment is comfortable, clean at an excellent location in Blue Mountain Village. Good options for hicking with small children in the Blue Mountains, enjoying the beach at Wacasa and providing cultural experience at Craighleigh.

Good location but the cleanliness needs more attention.

When we arrived the main entrance/hallway were full of salt and it seemed the coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned for a while. So we took one star off. Otherwise, everything else is great and we love the hot tub.
