We love this complex. Safe, quiet, easy to find parking, and so close to the village. As long as you know where the shuttle pick-up is, transportation is fairly easy. The rooms all vary, depending on the age of the reno. Some have more things within the units, so be prepared. Very clean overall.

Great location and lots to do in the area. The interior was sparkling clean (my number one must have). Furnishings were old and dated. However the bed was quite comfortable. All the amenities you would need in the unit.

It was a quiet place 3mins drive from the resort village. Had a good wifi, free parking right infront of the unit. Kitchen appliances were sufficient, although microwave ane kettle need to be renewed. In general ot was a good stay.

Mini getaway

Great bang for your buck

Not alot of bells and whistles, but was clean, comfortable and close to the mountain. Actually enjoyed watching the cable TV (which I haven't done in forever). The provided shuttle passes were also awesome.

Serviceable but outdated.

Loved the location and the fact that we could bring our dog. The unit itself requires some repairs and upgrades. A few basic essentials like coffee mugs and bowls were lacking. The “consumable” products provided are meagre. Guests should be fully prepared to bring extra cleaning supplies.

The accommodation was clean and had the necessities readily available. The only issues were that the TV did not work on the 1st day, but a representative rectified the issue the following day. Also, the electric fireplace did not emit any heat. Otherwise, it was a nice place for a short term getaway.

Nice...but could use some updating

Nice cozy clean one bedroom. It could really use some updating. Other than updated counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, everything else is dated. The dishwasher is likely from the late 80s - sometimes even if things work they should still be replaced. Coffee tables and kitchen table also likely from the 90s. Not many items in the kitchen which meant you needed to wash plates, cups and mugs as you used them otherwise you would run out...and it was only 2 of us. Good location. Easy walk to the village so you didn't have to drive all the time.

Disappointing Vacation to Blue Mountains

During our stay there were multiple issues regarding the property. The cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. The quality of the unit was low and extremely outdated. The appliances were very old, the stove temperature was extremely inaccurate which caused food to be wasted. the bathtub was leaking underneath and the jacuzzi option was extremely loud, sounding like it was ready to explode. The windows and blinds did not function. the furniture on the patio was old and falling apart. the rain downfall on the patio was also broken and hanging loosely in the way. Tiles on the floor in the unit were broken, the heat in the bathroom didn't work. The kitchen utensil supply is very limited. The fireplace was faulty. Overall property does not reflect the overall cost. There were recycling bins in the unit but nowhere to drop off. The noise from partying in adjacent units is excessive and although the ad makes it sound like there are quiet hours this is not re enforced in any way. At one point a cleaner came into our unit without knocking or notice (however we were re imbursed $200 for this error and the property manager did apologize). There is coin laundry but there is nowhere to get change to use the machines on the property (apparently switching to credit card usage). The hot tub area is completely surrounded by construction and found garbage and dirty under garments at the tub. Overall I would not recommend this for property based on cost and misleading property description.
