very disappointing experience with your site reps, hotel staff @ this comfort inn, I was stuck in Owen Sound due to the snow storm and my wife booked this reservation but less than one hour of its booking she was told by hotel staff there's no parking space available for my truck size and bad road ...

Pool spa not open even though I called 2 days before to ask if it was! Front desk staff totally incompetent! King bed instead of two queens but sorted out! Hotel under renovations so should be closed till finished and up to par?
