Déçu par le manque de souplesse dans leur politique. Avec la réservation nous avons acheté les déjeuner. Le WE, le restaurant ouvre ses portes qu’à compter de 8:00. J’ai demandé un remboursement car bcp trop tard pour nous. Le responsable a refusé, car nous avions fait les réservations via expédia. ...
