Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.Totally private basement apartment with self check option,private porch and main entrance.Pet friendly,100% fenced in,private back yard.Huge master bathroom ,large common room,and a separate bedroom.Kitchenette included.
Guest has access to BASEMENT Apartment area as well as the front yard and porch area in front of your main entrance.
Other things to note:
This basement apartment is located in a single rancher style single house,so please be aware that there are people above you,please be respectful and courteous to other people,they will definitely do that for you.Please dont attemp to unlock the door leading upstairs,that part of the house is off limits. This is a non smoking residence. There are private security cameras on the outside entrance and parking area only. (All outside) looking forward to having you stay with us!

Great stay
Great place to stay, easy to communicate with owner very friendly place. Close to a ton of stuff. Came here for work will definitely return if we are in the area again!

Great hosts, great property would 100% stay again
Property was very easy to navigate and self check in was seamless. I was visiting my sister and the location is conveniently close to Stevenson campus. Unit is separate from upstairs and very spacious. Wifi was great, there was a coffee bar and towels/ toiletries were provided as well. There is a microwave, mini fridge and smart TV. Bathroom appears to have been recently renovated and is beautiful. We traveled with our cat Clementine and it was very pet friendly, fenced in area is suitable for dogs as well. Amy and her partner were very responsive to any and all questions we had, and I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you!
