"We don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. For us it is a place to sleep and clean up for the next days activities. The staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. A few maintenance items needed attention in the room but overall a good experience."

Only issue was checking in - I did not receive necessary information because I booked online, so be sure to call to confirm the details before you arrive. "Came down to Verona for a wedding and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in was listed as 3pm, however the wedding I had to attend was 330pm. I called that morning and they advised me they would do what they can to get me in early. Luckily they called me and I checked in around 12pm so I had time to get ready prior to wedding. The room was spotless and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. If I am ever back in the area I would 110% stay again! Thank you!"
"This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very convenient and we had a handicap room for my father who is in a deities and it was nice. Unfortunately the shower was a bit of a problem because water spilled out all over the floor. It was a walk-in shower. The shower needed a lip around it. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. My parents appreciated the shuttle service that was free to the casino nearby."
